Refunds will only be issued if your place is filled by another participant. Once your spot has been filled, your refund will be processed minus a 5% processing fee.

Your place is confirmed once full payment has been received. As spaces are limited, we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

Transfers are not included and should be arranged directly with Grand Hotel Tremezzo, who can assist with private transfers from nearby airports and train stations.

The following meals are included in your experience:

• Welcome Dinner at Grand Hotel Tremezzo on October 2nd
  
• Group Lunch at Villa Passalacqua on October 3rd
  

All other meals are left at your discretion, allowing you the flexibility to explore Lake Como's restaurants or dine at the hotel at your own pace.

Absolutely. Many of our guests attend solo. Broken Rackets experiences are intentionally designed to bring together like-minded people through tennis, travel, and shared interests.

This experience is open to recreational players of all levels. Sessions are designed to be enjoyable and social rather than competitive.

For our experiences hosted in 5-star hotels, we intentionally keep the group small and limited to 12–15 participants. This allows for more personal and meaningful connections between members.

We also host larger community gatherings of up to 50 guests in our day events. Full details and pricing for each event are available within the members’ area.
